Billing & Cancellation

This page describes how billing and cancellation work for Immigration Helper, operated by Official Canada Immigration Services Inc. ("OCIS"), Québec, Canada.

Subscription pricing

Immigration Helper is available for $49 CAD/month. This includes unlimited access to the immigration support chat for the duration of your subscription.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details. A receipt is emailed to you instantly upon payment.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

• Use the subscription management link included in your confirmation email, or
• Contact us at support@immigrationhelper.ca and we will process the cancellation for you.

After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the Service (immediate digital access), refunds are generally not provided. If you believe there has been an error, contact us and we will review your case.

Changes to pricing

We may change subscription pricing in the future. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.
